Content

As increasing federal and state legislation are unveiled in terms of sexual assault violence education and prevention on campus, it is important to ensure that your campus' response to these mandates center around existing structures.  Behavioral Assessment and Intervention Teams (BAITs) are a vital part of the student support system and can ensure early intervention, successful implementation of interim sanctions, and a determination of needs in terms of education.  This session will focus on best practices in structuring your BAIT to ensure that your institution is operating in the best interest of students while helping to ensure compliance with Clery, VAWA, and Title IX.
